CJ is founder and president of ReachMore Strategies, a leadership training and consulting firm. He writes a column on leadership for the Indianapolis Business Journal and hosts central Indiana’s premiere radio program for entrepreneurs – “Let’s Talk Business with CJ” Sundays at noon on WXNT-1430 AM.

CJ began his consulting career as a licensed business coach with Action Coach and was soon recognized as one of the top coaches in the United States. He was named the “Rookie of the Year” and “Coach of the Year” in his territory and was recognized nationally with the “Action Man of the Year” award.

CJ is an active leader in his community having served as the president of the Penrod Society and Rainmakers, the fastest growing business development organization of its kind in the US. CJ was also named to the 2006 class of the Indianapolis Business Journal’s “40 under 40” recognizing the up and coming business leaders in central Indiana.

After beginning his career with Arthur Andersen where he helped organizations utilize technology to improve their business processes, CJ shifted his focus toward the small business. He served as the Director of Finance and Operations for a medium sized ($12 million annual revenue) manufacturing organization and as a Director of Sales and Business Development for a global software company ($20 million in annual revenue).

Throughout his career, CJ has held senior management positions in the four key areas necessary to operate and grow a business - sales/marketing, operations, finance and information technology.

Dr. Greg Sipes

Greg Sipes, Ph.D. is a behavioral psychologist with nearly 30 years of clinical experience. He is a founding senior partner of Indiana Health Group, Inc., the Midwest’s largest multidisciplinary behavioral health practice; and founder of nextVoice, a company dedicated to helping others have better relationships for business and for life.

Greg served as a full-time faculty member with IU School of Medicine, was a hostage negotiation consultant and police psychologist with IPD and currently consults with local and national organizations on workplace issues such as safety culture, change management, and recruiting and retaining Millennials. He also volunteers with agencies that serve at-risk kids in Indianapolis.

Greg is author of Lead to Live, Live to Lead: Discovering the Six Principles of Uncommon Sense for Uncommon Success and Soulful Parent/Soulful Teen: Moving from Control to Care. Greg has a weekly WXIN/Fox59 segment, “Straight Talk with Dr. Sipes,” is a regular guest on WIBC and WXNT radio stations and frequently contributes to local business publications such as the Indianapolis Business Journal and Inside Indiana Business.

Greg is married to Markine and has a son Christopher, daughter Julia and daughter-in-law Jaime.
